Which type of payment methods do we accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Afterpay, and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through Square Terminal.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Yes — make sure to email us within 1 hour of placing your order. After that, changes or cancellations are no longer guaranteed because your parcel may already be in transit.
Does DannyFragrances charge sales tax?
Yes. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your physical shipping address.
How does DannyFragrances handle its “Discount Codes”? And how does it work?
All provided discount codes are provided for discount purposes. The Customer must enter it in the "Discount" box on the checkout screen. These codes may have a default expiration date, which may not be effective if not used by the scheduled date. "This means that all offers may have limits or expiry dates." DannyFragrances allows users to access the truth and modify or remove campaigns, advertisements, and/or any type of promotion at any time.
Can my order be canceled? What are the reasons why DannyFragrances could cancel my order?
Your order may be cancelled if we determine or have any suspicions of a fraudulent transaction, pricing inaccuracies, product unavailability, or if the Customer violates our store website's (Https://www.dannysmobilestore.com) Terms and Conditions policies. Now! Given the circumstances, any charges determination will be entirely reimbursed to the "Customer's" payment method utilized to purchase our products. Example: Reimburse customers via their credit card, PayPal account, Afterpay, or Klarna, etc.
Is my payment data protected and or secured?
Without question. All transactions are encrypted using SSL and processed through Square Terminal Payments.
WHAT ABOUT SHIPPING & DELIVERY? Where does DannyFragrances ship to?
We ship to all the United States and Puerto Rico. We do not ship internationally.
How long will shipping and handling take after your order is received? What is the estimated delivery time?
After all received orders are printed, we prepare them for shipment within a 24-hour timeframe. All orders are shipped via USPS shipping services. Within the United States territory, the shipping process typically takes between two and five business days, depending on the USPS schedule and business operations. Shipments to Puerto Rico may take up to 12 business days, as fragrances cannot be shipped via air transportation due to hazardous material prohibitions. All orders depart our U.S. storeroom or facility within 24 hours.
What are DannyFragrances shipping rates?
Rates are determined at checkout by the system when you place your order. Otherwise, free shipping is granted to customers through a discount code or a minimum purchase amount.
Which shipping carriers does DannyFragrances utilize to ship its customers’ orders?
All domestic orders within the USA are shipped via UPS and USPS.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. You'll receive automated emails with a live tracking link when your order is placed, dispatched, and delivered.
What would happen if the Customer's package is "Distributed" but I can't be found?
Once a parcel is marked "Delivered," it is unfortunately not DannyFragrances responsibility to safeguard it; it then transfers to the consumer. The Customer must check with household members, fellow citizens, or the designated shipping carrier. Please be aware that if you, the "Customer," suspect embezzlement, "DannyFragrances" strongly suggests that you file a claim with your carrier and your local authorities. DannyFragrances, once again, isn’t responsible for stolen packages that were delivered. Please track your package using the tracking number we provide once your order is fulfilled. You should receive a shipping tracking number to the email you provided as the “Customer” at checkout and when you registered your personalized account.
WHAT IF I WANT TO RETURN AND OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM PURCHASED
What is your return window?
DannyFragrances does not accept opened fragrances. We can only accept sealed, unopened fragrances within seven days from the date of delivery, not later than that timeframe. Now! We could only accept wrapped fragrances with a four-day window from the date of delivery. All fragrances must be in brand-new condition, still in their original wrapping. No exceptions!
Can I start a return?
Yes! Just email us with your order number and provide a clear photograph of the item you wish to return. A return approval process is in place to facilitate customer returns. Please allow us 24 hours to process your approval decision. If approved, we will provide you with a pre‑paid return label to your email address. Ensure that you drop the package off at the shipping carrier provider within five days of receiving the label.
Who pays for return shipping if I, the Customer, receive a wrong product due to an error?
DannyFragrances covers the return expenses if we made an error by shipping the wrong item or a damaged item (Fragrance). If it is a customer discretionary return, meaning you, the Customer, decide you ordered the wrong item or have changed your mind about a scent preference, we at DannyFragrances aren't responsible; you, the Customer, must cover the fees to return the items.
Which items are non‑returnable?
Any oils, fragrances, air fresheners, body sprays, hand and body creams, and additional personal‑care products.
Can I exchange a fragrance?
Only if it is for the same product, size, and variant, if we are unable to fulfill your order with the same product, we'll gladly issue a refund.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we inspect your return, refunds are issued to the original payment method or as store credit (with an additional 5% bonus coupon) within five business days.
Are the fragrances sold on your website authentic?
Yes. Every fragrance we ship comes directly from our wholesale distributors and warehouses in Dubai.
How should I store my Fragrances?
Your fragrances should always be stored in a calm, dry environment, ensuring they are protected from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures to preserve their value.
Does DannyFragrances provide samples?
No, we do not provide samples unless provided by our wholesale representatives. All the fragrances sold on our website have their descriptions, and also notes on the fragrances are provided.
CREATING ACCOUNTS ON DANNY'S MOBILE STORE WEBPAGE
Why should I create a DannyFragrances account?
An account allows you to store and use your card information, track orders, save items to your cart, revisit your cart at a later time to complete the purchase, and receive discount codes and special notifications.
Does DannyFragrances offer a referral program?
If you, as an existing permanent customer, refer a new customer and notify us by email, we will grant you a 20% discount as a thank you. Also, your friend's "new Customer will get a 10% discount regardless of the amount of their order.
Do discount codes expire?
Yes! We set the codes to expire within a specific time frame, unless you are a returning customer, in which case we provide you with a special discount code just for you. This special or dedicated code has no expiration date.
What if I forget my login password?
